Deported from Dubai for narcotics. Can I travel to the UK?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was deported from Dubai for a narcotics case. Can I travel to the UK on my dependent visa?

Are there any complications? I do have a PCC.

What should I mention in the application asking whether I have any bans from any other country?

Dear questioner,

Yes, you can travel to the UK on your dependent visa; there will be no hindrance in traveling to the UK due to the ban in the UAE unless you have a ban from the UK immigration authorities.

It will be advisable to confirm the same with the UK immigration lawyers and take proper guidance.

Dear Questioner,

It is important to note that each country has its own immigration laws and regulations, so it is best to consult with the UK embassy or consulate in your country for specific information regarding your situation.

In general, if you have been deported from Dubai for a narcotics case, it is possible that you may face difficulties in obtaining a visa for the UK.

The UK has strict immigration policies and may consider your deportation as a negative factor in your visa application.

When filling out the visa application, it is important to be honest and disclose any information about your deportation from Dubai.

Failure to disclose this information may result in your visa being denied or revoked in the future.

Additionally, you may be required to provide additional documentation, such as a police clearance certificate, to support your visa application.

It is best to consult with the UK embassy or consulate for specific guidance on what documents you may need to provide.

Overall, it is important to be transparent and provide all necessary information when applying for a visa to the UK.

It is ultimately up to the discretion of the UK immigration authorities to approve or deny your visa application.

Thank you for reaching out with your inquiry!

Regarding your question about traveling to the UK on your dependent visa despite a previous deportation from Dubai due to a narcotics case, it's essential to understand that each case is unique, and various factors may influence your ability to travel to the UK.

While having a police clearance certificate (PCC) is a positive step, it's crucial to note that immigration policies and regulations can be complex and subject to change.

Therefore, I recommend seeking professional legal advice specific to your situation to ensure that all aspects are thoroughly assessed.

In your application for a UK visa, honesty and transparency are paramount. When asked whether you have any bans from other countries, it's essential to disclose all relevant information, including your deportation from Dubai.

However, it's equally important to provide context and any mitigating circumstances surrounding the deportation.

To further discuss your situation and explore the best course of action, I recommend scheduling a consultation with me.

During our consultation, we can review your case in detail, address any concerns you may have, and develop a strategy to navigate the immigration process successfully.

Please feel free to reach out to me via WhatsApp or phone at [------] to schedule a consultation or if you have any further questions.
