How can I clear my fines and absconding to proceed with my new visa process?
Hi,
I got my labor contract like 3 months ago, and my new sponsor told me to clear my fines and absconding, then he can continue with the visa process. My visit visa was in Abu Dhabi.
Kindly guide me on what the required documents are that I should go with to Sweihan and ask for a fine reduction and abscond to avoid deportation.

In the event of overstay fines after the end of the visit period, we make a request to reduce the fines and settle the situation.
In this case, several procedures are needed, including submitting a new visit visa or a new job offer upon completion of the payment of fines after reduction and amending the situation immediately to not calculate additional fines.
This can be done at the lowest possible cost

Firstly, you are required to clear the absconding, then need to clear the fines with the immigration.
A new offer letter is required and the previous visa which resulted in overstay fines.
