I left the UAE with an unpaid loan and termination from work. Can I return again?

Respected Sir,

I have an unpaid loan of AED 40k in the UAE. For two years I have been in Pakistan and the company terminated me.

Can I go again to the UAE?

There is a possibility of a travel ban and absconding issued against you. We have to check whether there is any travel ban existing against you.

Thank you for reaching out with your concern regarding the unpaid UAE loan and your employment status. I understand that this is a critical matter for you, and I am here to provide some initial guidance.

Firstly, it's important to address the issue of the unpaid loan. Unresolved financial matters can have implications, and it would be advisable to explore options for settling the outstanding amount.

I recommend consulting with a legal professional to discuss the specifics of your situation and determine the best course of action.

Regarding your re-entry to the UAE, several factors can influence your ability to return. Employment termination and unpaid loans can impact immigration matters.

It is advisable to seek legal advice to understand the potential implications on your ability to return to the UAE.

I specialize in handling such cases and would be more than willing to discuss your situation further during a consultation.

Please feel free to reach out to me via WhatsApp or phone to schedule a convenient time for us to talk.

Hi,

Pursuant to your query, if you don't have any ban or case in the UAE, there should not be any issue in visiting the UAE.

You have to pay the loan first or make a settlement. Otherwise, they will catch you at the airport.

We can do the settlement on your behalf as you are not in the UAE right now.

For more details, please contact our office by phone.

Dear User,

If you have an unpaid loan, the bank most likely took legal action against you and may have imposed a travel ban.

We suggest you check if you have any cases/travel ban.
