Can I check the online reconciliation session link before the scheduled date?

I will have the online reconciliation session (divorce) scheduled by the Dubai Court next week.
My question is, can I try opening the link to check if it works and if I am following the steps correctly, or could it cause an issue if I attempt it?
Also, do you know if the couple enters together or separately?
