What can we do if the company is not providing food allowance for workers?

The advance salary to be provided to the new employees will depend upon the management policies.

Also, if the same is mentioned in your employment contract, then you can request it from the management.

This will be considered by your HR. You may talk to him. And regarding the provisions of the labor law, the same has to be mentioned in your employment contract.

As per law, the employer is not required to pay any salary or allowance in advance, unless the contract stipulates so.

If your contract requires the company to provide an advance allowance for food, you may raise a complaint with the MOHRE.

If your contract does not stipulate this, your salary is your only claim. If this has been delayed (beyond 15 days), you may raise a complaint with the MOHRE against the company.
