Labor case filed, cancellation in progress: Can I travel outside the UAE?
Dear Sir/Madam,
My company filed a labor case against me two months ago. I went to court, obtained a non-registered application, and applied for cancellation in Tahseel.
It is currently under processing.
My question is, can I travel outside the UAE now?
Dear Client,
Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will assist you in this matter.
Traveling outside the UAE while you have a labor case in progress can be risky, as it may affect your ability to return or the status of your case.
It's advisable to consult with your legal representative and the relevant authorities involved in your case to determine if travel is permitted or if there are any restrictions on your ability to leave the country.
They can provide guidance based on the specifics of your situation and the current status of your case.
For any further legal assistance, you can WhatsApp us. We have an extensive team of knowledgeable and experienced lawyers to provide the legal assistance you need.
We will be happy to help you.
Thanks & Regards,

Dear Questioner,
Since the cancellation is under processing, we can't predict the status.
It will be better if you have gone through a travel ban check to ensure your safe journey.
Hire a lawyer to conduct a complete check on a possible travel ban and arrest warrant imposed on you in the United Arab Emirates.
Submit the required documents and get the results of the check online without visiting UAE government authorities personally at a charge of 290$.
