Yes, during probation you are required to serve 14 days notice period according to the UAE Labor laws.
If you are not willing, then you can go with the option of payment instead of notice according to your employment contract.

Dear questioner,
Following the current UAE Labor Law, in the event that the foreign Worker wishes to terminate the Employment Contract, during the Probation Period, to leave the State, he shall notify the Employer of the same in writing, at least (14) fourteen days before the date specified for the termination of the contract. Hence, you should give a notice period of 14 days before you travel.
