I got arrested then the prosecutor dropped charges. How did I get PCC then but now cannot?
I got arrested in 2018 for the possession of weed, spent a month in jail and the prosecutor dropped the charges and deported me.
I requested a good conduct certificate from the police after a few months and it came clear. I never visited the UAE after as I have a ban.
I needed a good conduct certificate again now and it was canceled, how is this possible?
What can I do from outside the country now?
What can be the reason?
