Can I renew my expired UAE visa and Emirates ID without a medical test?

I was confused about my employer. I signed my second contract with his company, and he sent me to Tawjeeh. I saw that my working permit is active, but he never sent me for a medical test.
He is also asking me for a photo for my visa. Is it possible to renew my visa and Emirates ID without a medical test?
My visa and Emirates ID expired on September 24, 2023.
