How long does the process to issue employment visa take after signing the job offer?

I signed the offer letter and when we checked, they did not process the labor contract and visa.
What do we need to do?

Signing the job offer and contract can be expedited electronically and completed within two working days.
1. Work Permit: Approval of the application: The procedures take three to five days.
2. Work visa: The procedures take three days.
Second stage: Obtaining a work permit and a residence visa in the UAE.
1. Entering the UAE using a new entry permit/visa type change.
2. Medical examination: The time it takes to apply is one day.
3. Submit Emirates ID/Biometrics Application: The time taken to apply is one day.
4. Medical examination result: the time it takes to apply is one day.
5. Signing the employment contract.
6. Receive the labor card/work permit and contract with the start date specified: The procedures take five days.
7. Medical health insurance card: The application takes five days to submit.
8. Stamping the residence visa in the passport: the procedures take three days.
9. Receive your Emirates ID
You can use the job offer number to verify the validity of the application through the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Inquiry Services – Application Status).
After you sign the job offer, your employer will send you an electronic entry permit for the purpose of work so that you can enter the country.
