ظهور الاسم في النظام الجنائي رغم إغلاق القضية

س: يرجى تقديم المشورة بشأن ما يلي: يظهر اسمي في النظام الجنائي بسبب قضية جنائية ولذلك لا يمكنني الحصول على شهادة براءة ذمة من الشرطة. لكن لم تكن هناك اتهامات موجهة لي، وبالتالي لم يصدر حكمًا ضدي. وبناءً عليه، ترفض الشرطة إصدار شهادة عدم ممانعة، رغم إغلاق القضية في النظام. ما الذي يجب عمله في هذه الحالة؟

Do I have to pay a penalty if terminated after completing my contract period?

Sir, As per my contract period, they mentioned that if I leave the company before 1 year, I have to pay 5000 dirhams. But I have already completed more than 1 year and 3 months. The company has given me a warning letter saying my work performance is low, and if I continue like this, they will terminate me. They didn't mention any charges, but they mentioned in the letter a top penalty procedure. So I need to know whether I have to pay them any charges or not.
