Getting information about a person arrested in Dubai
A relative of mine has been arrested in Dubai.
We reside in Pakistan and we don't know where he is or what crime he has been charged with.
How can we find out more details of the case or contact him?

Referring to your below query regarding the person who has been arrested for some criminal case, to check his whereabouts and the case details, you will have to appoint a lawyer by executing a POA from the arrested person.
if you can send us his passport copies, visa pages and Emirates ID, we can find out and we can go to the respective police station and take his POA and find out more details.
