Do I need to cancel visa with my employer in Kuwait to get UAE employment visa?
I was working in Kuwait as an electrical QC inspector. While working in Kuwait I got an offer from an Abu Dhabi company for ADCO project. They told me that I have to come to India for joining ADCO project in Abu Dhabi.
Then, I moved to India and I received an offer letter from Abu Dhabi company. They offered me almost 5600 AED/month. I accepted the offer letter and put my thumb impression and signature on offer letter and sent it to my employer in Abu Dhabi.
They told me that they are going to apply for a visa for me. But today they called me that my visa application rejected. They told me that it's rejected perhaps of my active visa in Kuwait because I didn't cancel visa of my previous employer but my visa is going to be expired in next month on 24th August.
Can you tell me the reason for my visa rejection and what should I do?
Thanks

Dear,
You need to cancel your previous visa with the old company. The employer can do that either with your signatures on the cancellation papers or else if you have already left the company and has exited the country, the employer may cancel.
