How to get out of a job immediately without serving a notice period?

My wife is on my Abu Dhabi visa and is currently working for a Dubai company in the Silicon Oasis Free Zone. I have provided her with a no-objection certificate (NOC) for employment.
She is having a terrible time at the company and feels harassed. She wants to resign immediately, but she has a three-month notice period.
The company has a history of not letting employees leave amicably. Is it possible to retract my NOC and get her relieved immediately from her employer?
Or is there any other way to get her out of this situation immediately without serving the notice period?

Retracting the NOC may not be sufficient to immediately relieve your wife from her employment contract and bypass the notice period.
The NOC only grants permission for her to work, but her employment contract with the company still governs the terms and conditions of her employment, including the notice period.
To expedite her departure, your wife can try discussing her situation with the employer and request an early release, citing the issues she's facing.
If the employer agrees, they may mutually terminate the contract earlier.
