Now I have resigned from my company serving 30 day's notice period as mentioned in the contract. Can the employer ask to pay for visa compensation? Is there any such rule?

Do I have to pay a penalty if terminated after completing my contract period?

Sir, As per my contract period, they mentioned that if I leave the company before 1 year, I have to pay 5000 dirhams. But I have already completed more than 1 year and 3 months. The company has given me a warning letter saying my work performance is low, and if I continue like this, they will terminate me.
