Can the wife prevent the husband from seeing his daughter during divorce case and custody?
I am a husband going through a divorce case in the Dubai First Instance Court and with a 10-year-old daughter.
I have some questions about my rights as a father:
1. What are my rights regarding child custody during the First Instance and Appeal stages of the divorce case?
2. Can I meet my daughter before the final judgment is issued? Are there any conditions or limitations for these meetings?
3. If my spouse has custody of our child and refuses to disclose her location, can I take any legal action for Child Abduction?
4. Can my spouse restrict my communication with her and her family members? Can she enforce a specific mode of communication, such as email?
5. Can my spouse make decisions regarding our daughter's schooling without my permission?
I would appreciate any guidance on my legal options in these matters.
Thank you.

You can submit an urgent request to the urgent matters judge, to meet your daughter with a request to enable you to accompany her for a period of time each week.
As for contact and the method of contacting the daughter it will be determined by the judge. Since the educational mandate is always for the father, the father is the one who has to choose the appropriate school for his children.
Dear Client,
Thanks for your question, I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.
As a father going through a divorce case in Dubai, you have the right to seek child custody arrangements.
Meetings with your daughter may be possible before the final judgment, depending on court orders please make a separate petition in the same case to meet your daughter.
If your spouse refuses to disclose your daughter's location, legal action can be taken by the court.
Communication cannot be unreasonably restricted. You may have the right to be involved in decisions about your daughter's schooling.
