Can I join new company while having a labour dispute with my current employer?

Dear Sir,

I was working in a construction company as IT Engineer. I have Salary dispute with my company for 1 year and that company closed after 2 months from my complaint date in MOL. They opened another company in Umm Al Quwain.

Court also gave the decision in my favour but I still have not received my money. On the last visit in court, they said me to type application from typing centre for Guarantee Cheque. I did it on the same day, then they said to come after 1 month, but still I dont know if I will receive my money or not.

I have another job offer. Can I cancel my visa and go to another job before dispute settlement or no?

Please, sir, give me a suggestion.
