Am I eligible for leave salary after 10 months of work?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had a one-year contract with the company, but I worked for only 10 months before they terminated my contract.

Am I eligible for leave salary for the duration of my work, and if so, for how many days?

Dear Questioner,

Yes, you are entitled to 25 days of annual leave for the period of your employment.

Given that your employer has terminated your contract, you should be paid in lieu of your unutilized annual leave days.
