What to do if the visa of my husband is rejected after visiting the UAE without problem?

Me, my husband and my 3-year-old daughter visited the UAE in April 2023 for two months on a visa that was valid till May 30.
Then we further extended our stay for a month on May 30. But on June 3, my husband's sister died and he left the country.
We are here now, and I applied again for his visit visa but rejection came.
What's the problem?
What should I do?
Even the travel agent is not responding to me clearly
What was the reason for rejection?
Did he extend the limit of the visit visa?

You can still apply for the same visa again, or even for a different type of visa (investor's visa for instance) since it might get approved after changing its type.
In addition, there's a possibility of getting the visit visa approved even after rejection multiple times.
