How to remove absconding case from employer who is asking for money?
Hi,
I ran away from my employer and now I have an absconding case.
My employer asked me to pay because he needs to pay for the removal of the absconding and cancellation.
After I sent him the money, he is asking again for the payment of the removal of absconding. My visa ends on May 2, 2023.
Any advice on what to do as he is not replying to my messages anymore?

There are two government authorities that you can contact to find out if you have an absconding case against you:
1. The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiritisation (MOHRE), or
2. The General Directorate of Foreign Affairs (GDRFA) in your emirate.
You have two options; the first is to settle it with the employer to submit a request to cancel, which is the strongest solution. The second is to submit a request to cancel it with a mercy or pardon request; it is not a strong solution to cancel but you can try.
