Will a PCC mention a case filed by a bank against me?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had a case against me from a bank for a car loan and credit card. I closed both and want a PCC for immigration now.

Is it possible to obtain it? And would it mention that I had a case against me?

Civil cases do not affect obtaining this certificate.

If there is an arrest warrant issued against you for execution in the civil case, the certificate cannot be obtained.
