I paid a contractor to deliver a project and they did not. What action can I take against them?

Step 1:

Send them a legal notice to terminate the contract due to non-compliance on their part, and return the money within a week or month, as you like.

You can send the notification yourself, but the notification through a lawyer's office, or through a notary, gives the matter more seriousness.

Step 2:

A civil case is filed in court.

The case must be filed in the court located in the city where the contractor's headquarters are located.

File a case against him, but first, you must review the agreement to determine the most appropriate legal action in your legal case.
