Legal representation for the settlement of bank dues

I would like to return to Dubai after leaving with a debt. I have tried contacting the banks to discuss but keep being passed around.

I would like a lawyer who can represent me to agree on the repayments as I cannot afford an immediate settlement.

Is there such a service?
