How can I keep my visa active until its expiry date if I am terminated from work?

To apply for the hold, you must get a new offer letter from a company and pay around AED 5,000 refundable.

After you obtain the new residency, you can take the held money back.

2- If you opened a case against the company, the residence will remain active till the verdict is final.
