Residency visa valid, trade license expired: Can I still stay in the UAE?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a valid residency visa until November 2024, but my company is closed and the owner has just left the country.
Also, the company's trade license is going to expire next month, April 2023.
Will I be able to stay in the UAE even after the trade license is expired?
If yes, how long can I stay?

Dear questioner,
You can stay 180 days after the cancellation of your visa, which is the legally permitted period if nothing else is written for you in the cancellation paper.
