Do you need to present your documents and response before an online hearing?

I'm an employer and an employee claimed 50% overtime.

The actual overtime working hours were 20% for which extra was added to his salary with the right calculation.

A MOHRE case was logged but it's now in court. Our first hearing is next week (online court sessions).

Do I need to prepare my documents that can be presented in court or do I need to prepare something in advance to show my calculations and proof?
