Validity of non-competition clause in Bahrain
Are non-competition clauses legal in Bahrain?
As in a document that forbids an employee from working for a direct competitor for a specified period of time after resigning? Especially, if an employee signs such a clause as an additional document, which is not included nor referred to in the employment contract - is it still legally binding?

Yes, the clause is valid and can be enforced against an employee. However, it is subject to certain terms and conditions.
Also, it is advised to have the employment contract reviewed and proper consultation is taken to have a detailed and proper opinion.
