Removing a name from the license of an LLC company after resignation
Hi,
I am a partner and manager in an LLC company. However, the share in my name is not mine (it belongs to another investor).
I have resigned from the company.
The other partner has not removed my name from the license or returned the shares.
Do I have any legal means to remove myself from this license?

Dear questioner,
If you have already resigned, your name must be removed from the license in anticipation of any responsibility that may fall on you in the future.
You must also send an official mail notifying all partners that since submitting your resignation, you have no relationship with the company and request to be removed from the license as a partner and manager as soon as possible.

Yes!
Your name must be removed because the legal responsibility belongs to you. This is in agreement with the partners or by filing a lawsuit.
