Can a non-Muslim wife of a Muslim husband divorce as per the non-Muslim personal status law?

Islamic marriages are conducted in accordance with Islamic law.

Islamic Shariah/UAE laws apply to the divorce of Muslim husband and wife residing in the UAE.

The same applies if the husband is a Muslim and the wife is not a Muslim.

She must follow the husband as per the Sharia Law.

She must file for divorce only as per Sharia law due to the fact that her husband is Muslim, so she should follow his religion.
