س: أنا مدين لأحد البنوك الإماراتية بـ: بطاقة ائتمانية بقيمة 22.000 درهم مستحقة السداد، وقرض شخصي بحوالي 85.000 درهم. فقدت وظيفتي في يونيو 2016، ولم أتمكن من دفع الأقساط الشهرية منذ ذلك الحين. طلبت من البنك منحي خطة تسوية لكنهم لم يوافقوا، ويتوعدونني برفع دعوى ضدي؟ والآن إذا حصلت على وظيفة في دولة أخرى من دول الخليج، هل يمكن أن تقبض عليّ الشرطة في أحد مطارات تلك الدول؟ أم أنه لا يمكن القبض عليّ إلا  إذا تم رفع دعوى ضدي في تلك الدولة؟ أرجو المساعدة.    

س: إسمي  ف. ح. عملت في دولة الإمارات طيلة الخمس سنوات الماضية، لدي قرض شخصي بمبلغ قيمته 80000 لبنك أبو ظبي التجاري. لم أتخلف أبدًا ولو لمرة واحدة عن دفع الأقساط الشهرية، وكان لدي سجل جيد في البنك، لكنني فقدت عملي، ورجعت إلى الهند. أريد أن أرجع إلى دبي وأبحث عن عمل، ولكن البنك يقول أنهم قد منعوا تأشيرتي ولا يمكنني الحصول على عمل هناك. أجبت البنك برسالة على البريد الإلكتروني وسألتهم كيف سأستطيع الحصول على عمل في دبي وسداد القرض الشخصي إذا قاموا بمنع تأشيرتي. أستطيع دفع القرض الخاص بي فقط في حالة الحصول على عمل في دولة الإمارات... برجاء مساعدتي بإبداء مشورتك، أستطيع دفع المبلغ في حالة العمل في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي فقط. لا أستطيع توفير المبلغ في الهند. أريد دفع المبلغ ومحوه. هل يمكن للبنك أن يعطيني شهادة عدم ممانعة للعمل وسداد القرض للبنك؟ وأريد أن أعرف هل بالإمكان أن أذهب إلى المملكة العربية السعودية والعمل هناك وسداد الأقساط للبنك في الإمارات؟

Q: I have a debt on my credit card from a bank in the UAE and I left the UAE a few months back. I have not traveled to any countries since then. My question is if I travel to Qatar, Saudi, or Kuwait, or in case of connected flights those stay in Qatar, Saudi, what are the chances that I will face problems?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am traveling for Hajj and have a 2-hour transit in Dubai. I had some bank liabilities that I later settled and obtained NOCs from the banks. However, I am doubtful if my cases have been cleared. Please let me know if there is any harm in transiting from the UAE in my case. My connecting flight is to Jeddah.

Q: Greetings! I am a Philippine passport Holder. I was working in the UAE for the past 16 years. I have a personal loan of AED 1,500 in a Bank in Abu Dhabi. I never missed a single EMI to the bank and had good records. But I lost my job, so had to come back to Philippines. Now after 16 years, I have a chance to go to Italy but my plane has a connected flight from Dubai to Italy. Will the UAE authorities arrest me? Please help me with your advice, I can pay the outstanding only if I have to, but how? I want to pay my outstanding and clear it.

Q: I have a travel ban (blacklisted) issued from the UAE due to an unpaid credit card outstanding (approx AED 20k). Can I enter Saudi Arabia on a visit visa (French citizen) and how long will the travel ban last?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I discovered an AED 158,000 police case at Al Raffa Police Station in Dubai, and the crime description is "giving a cheque without balance in bad faith." Actually, I took a loan in 2018, and then, due to job circumstances, I left the UAE. Can you please help me in two ways? First, let me know if I need to pay this amount to enter the UAE, as I remember I also left some card payments unresolved. Second, can I go for Hajj in the upcoming session, and will this have any impact if I take a direct flight?

Q: We would like to thank all participants for their invaluable input. We have a very specific question regarding connecting through Dubai in case of a probable court case/police case in the UAE. Does it make a difference if connecting from an Emirates flight to another Emirates flight without passing through immigration as opposed to connecting between different airlines in which case there is a possibility of passing through immigration, especially between different terminals? The provisions of this law, promulgating UAE Civil Code, govern the civil transactions in the United Arab Emirates. The commercial transactions remain subject to the laws and regulations applicable in their regard.
