Q: Is it possible to cancel a cheque without date which is given as a security deposit after the cancellation of tenancy contract with the landlord in Sharjah?

Q: My husband is selling icecreams in a cafe in Dubai. He has started a business from this. He needed a visa and the owner gave him a visa but we paid for it. The owner wrote a contract by email but we haven't signed it. We have given 3 cheques for the next year and are paying quarterly. Unfortunately, the business/icecreams are not selling at all and we want to get out of the contract. I would like to know what hope do we have to get out of the contract as we haven't signed it but he has the year cheques on him. Hope to hear from you soon.
