I defaulted on my credit card and loan payment. How to check records before I come back?

Hello,

I had defaulted on my credit card and loan payment. It is now one year. I have got an opportunity in the UAE and I want to come back.

What is the process I should follow?

I am unable to settle all the debts immediately. Once I start working in UAE, I can afford to pay them.

Please advise.
