Getting a deportation judgment removed upon the issuance of a new law

Hi,

I have been sentenced to a 5k fine and deportation. However, the law has changed now and I would want to remove my deportation as it is my only case in the UAE since 7 years.

Can I appeal the case if it was in 2020 not now?
