س: سيدي العزيز،
أريد أن أحصل على مشورة المتخصصين بشأن قضيتي العمالية القائمة. التفاصيل مذكورة أدناه.
لديّ رواتب معلقة منذ خمسة أشهر. بدأت الجلسة الأولى في 17 ديسمبر 2020، والثانية في 21 يناير 2021 وانتهت القضية في 22 أبريل 2021.
يرجى ملاحظة أن صاحب العمل لم يكن متواجدّا في أي حال من الأحوال. لقد حصلت على حكمًا من المحكمة الأسبوع الماضي بمبلغ قيمته 64 ألف درهم إماراتي.
يرجى تقديم المشورة لي بشأن ما يجب عليّ فعله بعد ذلك، هل يمكنني تقديم أوراق التنفيذ الآن أم يجب عليّ الانتظار الثلاثين يومًا القادمة حتى انتهاء مدة الاستئناف، ثم يمكنني بعد ذلك تقديم الأوراق؟
حيث أنه تم إصدار الحكم دون حضور صاحب العمل، هل هناك أي إجراءات ينبغي عليّ اتباعها لإخطار صاحب العمل أم أنه سيتم إرسال الحكم له من جانب المحكمة؟

How and when do I get paid after getting a labor judgement in my favor?
Q: Dear respectable Legal experts,
I have a question:
I filed a case against my employer for my salary, gratuity, and annual leave and it took 6 months until the case judgment came in my favor.
During these months, I could not get a job due to the legal case as other employers were reluctant to offer me a job.
Please advise as per the UAE Labor Law. Do I have the right to claim any housing allowance or basic salary any compensation?
As you know, it is very difficult to survive without a job in Dubai and if you are also living with your family and kids going to school.
He even terminated my family medical insurance which my employer provided up to my last day of employment as per my contract.

I have not heard anything after the verdict from my lawyer neither the company nor the government.
Should I keep quiet on the assurance from the lawyer with only two words?
Nothing yet.
How long does an employer hold the payment from the Dubai Courts?
Is there any time limit?
If not, the court and I are both waiting for my employer's action.

Canceling my MoU and getting my deposit back due to a low bank valuation and overpriced property
Hi,
I wanted to purchase a 2-bedroom apartment in JVC Dubai. I gave a 10% security deposit cheque to the seller. The price mentioned in the MoU is very high compared to other similar apartments in the same building.
The bank’s valuation also came in very low. Since the valuation is much lower, how can I terminate the MoU and get my cheque back? The MoU ends on 1st October 2024.
One of the articles in the MoU states:
In the event that the Buyer fails to make the payments as agreed or fails to complete the transfer on the agreed date due to his own acts or omissions, the Seller has the right to terminate this agreement and retain the deposit, provided that the termination is due to a violation of the agreed terms, unless both parties agree amicably to different dates.
I need help urgently.
