Will a UAE absconding employee be banned in other countries?
Hi.
My wife left the UAE without informing her company, so it means she is absconding. She doesn't have any debts with the banks or whatsoever.
Now, the problem is that my wife is scheduled to go to another country and her company is threatening her that they will file a complaint and block her from going to another country.
Is it possible to block her plans even though she’s out of the UAE already?

هل هي على تأشيرتك أم على تأشيرة الشركة؟ إذا كانت على تأشيرتك فسوف يكون هناك منعًا من العمل، أما إذا كانت على تأشيرة الشركة فسيتم اعتبارها كهاربة، وستمنع منعًا دائمًا.
إن نظام دولة الإمارات غير مرتبط بدول أخرى، إلا إذا كان المنع هو منع دولي تم وضعه من قبل الشرطة الدولية ( الإنتربول ) والذي يوضع في المسائل الخطيرة مثل القتل، والاختلاس،.. إلخ. وهو غير متوفر في حالتك.
أيًا ما كانت وجهة سفرها، فتأكد من أنها لن تمر ولو حتى مرور عابر على دولة الإمارات.
