Consultancy services rendered by an individual

I run a start-up registered with a Freezone in the UAE. Some companies are approaching me to help them as an advisor.

What is the process to take up such assignments?

Prepare and sign a consultancy/advisory agreement detailing the scope of work, payment terms and other conditions on which you will provide them with your services.

Dear Mr Shoeb,

Thanks for the prompt response.

Consultancy is not one of the activities that were granted under the license given to the company.

Can I render my services as an individual? Since I own the company, issue a NOC from my company to myself allowing me to render such services?

Do we need to intimate the labour department with such NOC's?
