Consequences of online flirting for a married Muslim woman

I have a Muslim friend, she's married and I am very concerned about her because she's chatting with another guy through facebook every day and they're chatting until 12 noon.

I am worried, because if her husband found it, what will happen to my friend?

It depends on her husband. Man doesn't have to assign any reason or measure the seriousness of the reason to divorce (if any) if he wants to divorce his wife. He may warn her or leave her. But this is his discretion, nothing in the law.
