Can the plaintiff travel when the labour case is open?

I had submitted a labour case against my company last year, April 2020. I got a favourable judgement from the court and it is in the execution stage.

I would like to travel to my country for marriage and stay there for a maximum period of one month. Do I need to follow any formalities before travelling?
