Car lift in the UAE

I was staying in Abu Dhabi and got a job in Dubai, and I had to hire a car lift service from an online company website.

I gave one month cash as per their suggestion and it was a bank transfer. I have their company invoice, and I have all the chat.

After giving 10 days service, they stopped. I contacted the company and they said they will refund within 15 days. Now, they aren't giving.
