How long does a labour judgment execution take before sorting payment?

Please note that there is no specific time frame for execution procedures.

Once you file the execution application, the court will send a notification to the concerned party demanding the payment of the judgement amount.

From the date of receipt of such notification, the recipient will have 15 days to pay the amount.

Failing which, the winning party may file a different application to attach assets such as property, vehicles, company assets, trade license etc.

The final step is to request the court to issue an arrest warrant against the manager of the company.

There is no specific time frame to complete the procedures.
