لا يحق للزوجة المطالبة بالمهر في حالة رفع قضية الخلع. ستقرر المحكمة الخلع بالاستناد إلى الأدلة والإثباتات القاطعة.
يجب إثبات العنف الأسري أو الإساءة الجسدية بموجب تقرير طبي بعد حدوث الإساءة.
لا يمكن استخدام تسجيلات المكالمات الهاتفية.
