Is the employee eligible to get 3 months basic and allowances in case of termination?

Yes, you are eligible to get 3 months basic, allowances and more in case of termination.

If you already have a termination letter, send me a copy of it and your labour contract and company trade license.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback, I posted the query quite a few days back.

Now, our visa is cancelled. I believe nothing can be done at this point in time.
