Notary services for attestation of personal documents

Dear Questioner,

Please note that in the UAE the Notary powers are exclusive to the Notary Public, which is a department of the Courts but providing its services independently.

However, the Notary Public in the UAE does not provide the service of Notarization for Identification documents like the passport copy.

So, what happens in practice that you get the passport certified by an Advocate or a Legal Consultant as a Certified True Copy. We do provide such a service.

Please note that you should confirm with the authority requesting such confirmation of the personal document as genuine and valid would accept the confirmation to be provided as a Certified True Copy of the original by an Advocate or a Legal Consultant practising in the UAE.

If you wish to use our services for the same, we have a presence in Dubai and in Abu Dhabi. Wherever is convenient and subject to the Consultant's availability.
