The required procedures to issue a power of attorney
I want to prepare a Power of Attorney document to authorize a person to execute the following services on behalf of myself:
1. Executing legal deeds.
2. Property buying and selling transactions.
3. Tenancy contracts, maintenance contracts.
4. Any other real estate property related transactions.
Can you please advise the timeline to complete this POA, applicable legal fees, and government charges to be paid?

أريد أن أعرف البلد الذي تُقيم فيه. إذا كنت تُقيم في إمارة دبي، فإنه يمكنك الذهاب إلى كاتب العدل واستكمال كافة هذه الوثائق.
يجب عليك اختيار التوكيل المخصص لإدارة العقارات ولهذه المعاملات.
ولكن، إذا كنت خارج البلاد، فإنه يجب عليك أولاً إعداد توكيل محدد ثم توقيعه من كاتب العدل في بلدك، ووزارة الخارجية، وسفارة دولة الإمارات في بلدك.
