I cancelled my visa and I had to go out of the country to come again on visit visa and look for a new job because I have credit card overdue to the bank in the UAE. I went to Kish for visa change and I was offered a job by some good man. My question is, what should I do now with my legal status in the UAE? Does it affect my status in Iran if I stop paying my dues? Do I need to get any documents from the UAE to fix my labour documents in Kish? If the bank made a case, do I get caught in Iran? Please advise.

Q: Dear Sirs, I loaned my colleague at work an amount of money and he gave a cheque in return. This amount was never returned, and I was embarrassed to ask him every now and then until I understood he never intended to return it. I went to the bank to cash the cheque and I knew that it surpassed its date. Please let me know if there is anything I can do in this case.
