Drafting referral agreement to guarantee the payment of commission
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Sammy based in Nairobi, Kenya and I'm about to deal with an electric company in Dubai. I want to provide the company with business and in return, I get my commission from them after the deal is done.
My issue is that we may have an email agreement with them, but later after the business is done they may evade from sending me my commission. I need a letter whereby I and the company sign it as an agreement to avoid nonpayment.
Please help.
Regards
Dear Sammy,
I hope you are doing fine.
Further to your query, please be informed that this kind of agreement is generally known as Referral Agreement, where one party provides business to the other in return for a certain percentage.
Furthermore, our law firm can very well guide and assist you in drafting this agreement. For availing this service, you need to provide us with some of the preliminary details.
For example, what is the business activity of the other party? How will you provide the business, by referring clients? Are you an employee of the other party or outsider? What will be your percentage of referring one client?
For confidentiality, you may mail us all the above details at info@awsuwaidi-advocates.com or you may call us at 045547635 for discussing the matter in detail. Have a wonderful day ahead.
Regards,
