لقد مر 20 يومًا وما زال لم يعلمني باستلام رسالتي. وعندما عاد، كان غاضبًا مني لأنني قدمت استقالتي ورفضها بشدة.
حتى أنه قال إنني أستطيع الذهاب إلى العمل والعمال.
هل يمكن أن توضح لي كيف أتعامل؟
إنه لا يريد التحدث معي بطريقة متحضرة.

I'm an employee of a Hamriyah free zone company. I submitted my resignation 60 days before my actual notice period which is 60 days.
But my employer is not ready to let me leave the company and even they are not responding to my mail.

Can an employer post an employee's photo on social media, LinkedIn or Instagram, without the employee's consent?
Secondly, the employer is forcing the employee to update the company details in the employee's profile.
I believe LinkedIn and Instagram are personal profiles and one cannot be forced to update the details. This photo was taken in the office.
