مرحبًا، أنا مواطن أمريكي أتطلع إلى الاستثمار في مجال العقارات التجارية في اسطنبول. أرغب في معرفة كيفية الحصول على الجنسية عن طريق الاستثمار. هل يجب علي التحدث مع أي شخص قبل شراء العقار؟ أم يجب علي شراء العقار والبدء في إجراءات الحصول على الجنسية بعد ذلك؟ فضلاً عن ذلك، إذا اخترت تأسيس شركة في دولة تركيا وتوظيف 50 شخصًا أو أكثر، كم ستكون المدة التي سأضطر إلى الاحتفاظ خلالها بهذه الشركة من أجل الحصول على الجنسية؟

Can I invest in any sector, like restaurants or import and export of clothes? Or it has to be in a specific area of investment? Also, what are the privileges that I can have as a foreign investor? Hello, I am from Lebanon. A friend of mine told me that, buying property in Turkey grants anyone the right to reside in the country legally because he owns a property, where he renews his residence annually or every two years. That allows him after about five years to apply for citizenship. is this true? Is there any way to cut the "five years" residency and apply directly to Turkish citizenship or after one year or two at max? Please advise as I am thinking of taking such steps.

أعزائي المستشارين القانونيين، لقد اشتريت شقتين في اسطنبول، الأولى في 10/2018 بقيمة (450,000 ليرة تركية) بنظام التقسيط وقمت بسداد آخر دفعة في 01/2020 (ولكني لم أستلم صك الملكية - الطابو - حتى الآن)، والشقة الثانية في 03/2019 بقيمة (425,000 ليرة تركية) بنظام التقسيط ولكنني استلمت الطابو بتاريخ 30 ديسمبر 2019. لقد حولت المدفوعات من حسابي المصرفي في البنك الأردني إلى حسابي المصرفي في البنك التركي ودفعت للمطور العقاري عن طريق البنك التركي. المبلغ الذي قمت بتحويله حتى الآن هو 160 ألف دولار أمريكي، لكنني لست متأكدًا من طريقة حساب سعر صرف الدولار الأمريكي مقابل الليرة التركية في التاريخ الذي بدأت فيه دفع الأقساط.  أخطط لشراء شقتي الأخيرة والتقدم بطلب للحصول على الجنسية التركية، ولكن قبل أن أشتري آخر شقة، أريد التأكد من أنني على المسار الصحيح وأنه يمكنني التقديم دون مواجهة أي مشاكل. ما هي تكلفة الحصول على خدماتكم؟ هل لديكم وكيل عقارات أيضًا؟
