Checking the seriousness of a job offer in the UAE

I recently got one employment letter from the University of Sharjah with correspondence after documents verification and qualification experience without any interview.

So I suspect something on this employment which I'm unable to find out if it's genuine or fraud. Could you help me? Are you willing to provide provision to me?
