Claiming unpaid salaries after termination
I have an open contract for 2 years, started September 2018.
The Bahraini company didn't pay me the last 4 months salary yet, I just received a termination letter with no real valid reasons, I have no warnings in my file.
What claim can I file regarding unpaid salaries and unfair dismissal?

The claim for unfair dismissal is to be filed within 30 days of the termination. Failing which, the claim won't be sustained in the labor court.
Also, what can be claimed depends on the type of the contract, i.e. a definite one or indefinite one. The total labor claim would be the sum of unpaid salaries, leave allowance, compensation...etc.

We highly recommend you to take this matter to the Ministry of Labour in order to proceed with unfair dismissal as soon as possible (so you would be still in the time frame of proceedings).
The Ministry of Labour does not charge you for such cases.
